Villa 604 – 4 bedroom Villa in Playa Blanca

This stunning villa is centrally located in the Vista Lobos complex in Playa Blanca. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is the ideal location for your family vacation.

As you enter the villa you are greeted within a bright, open space. On this floor, you’ll find the kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a large, covered terrace perfect for dining.

Down the stairs, you’ll find a lounge and relaxation area with a fantastic pool table. There are two very comfortable sofas, a 55-inch flat-screen TV with a good TV package, and a DVD player. There’s also a nice sofa where you can relax with a book. This space is a great place for the whole family to relax.

On the same level as the lounge are two of the four bedrooms: a twin room and a king-size bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. The king-size bedroom has a small, cozy private patio outside. Between these two bedrooms is a shared bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi bath, double sink and vanity mirror, as well as a separate walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and the living area.

The patio doors in the lounge area lead directly to the heated private pool via an outdoor staircase. There are six individual sun loungers and a comfortable double bed where you can soak up the sun and relax by the pool.

Next to the pool is a fantastic jacuzzi for six people. A few steps up is a terrace with a seating area next to a Canarian-style barbecue. Here you can prepare dinner and enjoy a few glasses of bubbly while the kids play in the pool. Next to this cozy seating area is a large, covered terrace with a large table and chairs for eight. From both terraces, you have stunning views of Playa Blanca, the ocean, and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Upon entering the house from the upper terrace, there is a dining area equipped with air conditioning, a table, and chairs for eight people should you choose to dine indoors. Adjacent to the dining area is an open-plan, modern, and well-equipped kitchen. This gives the villa an extremely spacious and sociable feel. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cooking utensils. Just off the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine and ironing board.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, coin-operated air conditioning, a TV, fully fitted wardrobes, a safe, a hairdryer, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub (with the option of a shower), a toilet, and a bidet. From this bedroom, you’ll wake up to stunning ocean views. The second bedroom with two single beds is located at the other end of the hallway. This bedroom also has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, two single beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

There is also a separate toilet room on this floor so you don’t have to go to one of the bedrooms.
