Villa Alberto is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa with lovely sea views and located in the best area of Playa Blanca. Just 10 minute’s walk from Flamingo beach and 15 minutes from the center of Playa Blanca, where there are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It is right next to the Aqualava water park.

It has a large private heated pool all year round with 6 comfortable sun loungers and a parasol and a large jacuzzi for 5 people. Beach towels are provided. Next to the pool there is a magnificent barbecue with a covered terrace, and a table for outdoor dining.

There is air conditioning in all rooms and living room, private parking for 2 cars, ping-pong, WiFi, IPTV, cot, high chair and baby stroller.

With a large living room, large south-facing dining terrace, and a great, well-equipped kitchen. It has a wonderful living room integrated with the kitchen, with a 65-inch TV, with IPTV, which has numerous pay channels with all the movies and sports.

The house is distributed on one floor, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has 4 beds as 2 bunk beds, all with good mattresses where children and adults can sleep comfortably. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.
An internal staircase takes you to the roof terrace, where there is a terrace with chairs and a table and from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the island of Fuerteventura.
Outside there is a ping-pong table.

There are numerous board games for children and adults, as well as many books. You also have beach umbrellas, beach rackets and diving goggles at your disposal.

The kitchen – It has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, English and Italian coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, oven with grill, microwave, blender, kettle, etc. Equipped with all the utensils you may need, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc.
