It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are ensuite.

Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, hand blender, coffee percolator and toaster with. The washing machine is in the utility area.

Master has its own ensuite bathroom (with bath & shower over the bath, bidet & twin sinks). 2nd double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom (walk- shower, toilet and sink. 3rd bedroom (which has twin beds) has its own bathroom offset from the bedroom. This bathroom also has a bath with shower over and bidet.

A modern designed lounge with a large screen TV with internet TV system (including BBC & ITV channels) and an open plan dining area.

Outside on the private terrace you will find the large private pool with roman steps 0.5m shallow to 1.7m, size 7m x 3.5m approx with patio table and chairs. Pool heating is included free of charge from 1st November to 30th April, outside these dates pool heating is charged at €15 per day.

6 sun loungers are provided for your use with an outside sofa and chairs along with pool/beach towels.
