Set in a lovely garden area with tropical plants and palm tree. A second canarian BBQ is fitted in this area for your use if you fancy a change of scenery.
 
On the main floor the living areas and 2 of the bedrooms lead off from the spacious entrance hall and new second lounge area created to take full advantage of the stunning views in stylish comfort, the recently fitted glazed sliding doors lead onto the upper terrace which has a corner seating area also with panoramic views out to sea and the neighbouring Island of Fuerteventura. Perfect for relaxing with a book and early evening cocktails to watch the sun setting.

Steps lead down to the large heated swimming pool (10 x 4) and patio area perfect for sunbathing in total privacy. A new jacuzzi has recently been installed on the large pool terrace. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.

The terrace also leads down steps to the spacious annexe bedrooms both with air conditioning each with a luxury en suite bathroom fitted to a high specification. There is no internal access to the lower bedrooms from the ground floor. The lower floor is accessed from the lower floor patio doors.

This property is set amid mature gardens of traditional plants, private courtyards with numerous seating areas to relax, There is a Canarian BBQ and dining area to the side of the Villa with sea views and a pool table to keep everyone amused.

The villa is suitable for families and large group holidays with suitable areas for quiet moments if you want some peace and quiet away from the rest of the party. The villa is located near golden sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the water park which the kids and adults alike will enjoy.

1st Living Room – 2 large leather sofas for ample seating – satellite IPTV with BBC and ITV channels etc.  WiFi at no additional cost,
2nd living Room – newly created to take full advantage of the stunning views in stylish comfort with views across to Fuerteventura.

Ground Floor king size bedroom with ample wardrobe space an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.
Ground Floor twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom (not ensuite) with bath with shower over toilet and sink.

Downstairs there is either a Master double en suite with walk in shower or a twin bedroom with shower, toilet and sink, please state your sleeping requirements if there are 4 or more guests (up to 8) upon booking.

Housekeeping – Beach towels, bathroom towels. Full linen, 1 x Cot  and 1 x High chair are provided free of charge. Hire of additional cots & high chairs if required on request at an additional charge.
