Via a staircase you reach the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, free air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and wash basin.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have private balconies with stunning ocean views.
Outside you will find a private heated pool with sunbeds. The dining table on the terrace is covered with a pergola and is an ideal place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a BBQ.

A 2 minute walk from the villa is an English supermarket and a SuperDino, bar and bus stop. The Rubicon Marina is about a 15 minute walk from the villa. In addition to the cosy restaurants, bars and shops, there is a tourist market on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. With a taxi/rental car you are in the center of Playa Blanca in 5 minutes. Here you will find a promenade with restaurants, bars and shops.
