Villa 566 will now boast 5 double bedrooms, Hot tub, Pool table, tennis table & air conditioning.

Located in the small, exclusive development of Playa Vista this lovely Villa, spread over 2 storeys, has stunning views across the sea to the Island of Fuerteventura and just a 2 minute walk takes you to the seafront promenade and some small local sandy beaches.

Entering the Vacation Rental Home on the upper level the lounge area features patio doors looking out to wonderful views across the sea to the island of Fuerteventura. With leather sofas for comfort, there is a flat screen TV with internet TV channels (BBC, ITV, C4, C5), CD Player, iPod docking station and free WiFi.

The fully equipped modern kitchen leads off from the lounge and includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Doors open out to a scenic upper terrace equiped with a table and 6 chairs for a alfresco dining.

On upper level is a double bedroom with large double bed with doors to the terrace area. The 2nd double bedroom also has a large double bed. Bothe bedrooms share a bathroom (including a bath and shower over).
All 4 bedrooms have coin operated air conditioning.

Stairs take you down to the large second lounge area also with leather sofa and patio doors leading out to the lower terrace and BBQ area.

On the lower level there are 2 double bedrooms with twin beds in both. Larger of the twin rooms opens out to the lower terrace and BBQ area

Outside there are two terraces both with alfresco dining tables. On the upper level there is a seating table 6 chairs which allows you to dine in comfort looking out at the beautiful view and enjoying the sunset. On the lower terrace there is a large wooden table situated next to the BBQ

External stairs take you to the pool area which features the electrically heated swimming pool approximately 6×3.5 metres in size and ranging from approximately 1.2 metres to 1.50 metres in depth with roman steps to enter. There are sun loungers with for you to soak up the sun.
Pool towels are also supplied at this Villa.

A safe is also provided for your convenience.

The Vacation Rental Home is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is VV-35-3-0009201.
