Located in the small, exclusive development of Playa Vista this lovely Villa, spread over 2 storeys, has stunning views across the sea to the Island of Fuerteventura and just a 2 minute walk takes you to the seafront promenade and some small local sandy beaches.

Entering the Vacation Rental Home on the upper level the lounge area features patio doors looking out to wonderful views across the sea to the island of Fuerteventura. With leather sofas for comfort.there is a flat screen TV not smart with internet TV channels (BBC, ITV, C4, C5). if you want to watch Netflix / Prime or other streaming service, on either TV in the villa you will need to bring a device with you.

The fully equipped modern kitchen leads off from the lounge and includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Doors open out to a scenic upper terrace equiped with a table and 6 chairs for a alfresco dining.

Upstairs there are 2 double rooms (160cm / king beds), sharing a bathroom with shower-over.
The 2nd double bedroom also has a large double bed.
Downstairs is 2 twin rooms (same size, but one with patio doors to the lower terrace (BBQ, pool table etc) sharing a bathroom with shower-over.
And a large modern master suite, with toilet and shower room and walk in wardrobe.

The downstairs master suite can be made into a 180cm superking or twins please advise when booking which you would prefer.

Stairs take you down to the large second lounge area also with leather sofa and patio doors leading out to the lower terrace and BBQ area.

On the lower level there are 2 double bedrooms with twin beds in both. Larger of the twin rooms opens out to the lower terrace and BBQ area

Outside there are two terraces both with alfresco dining tables. On the upper level there is a seating table 6 chairs which allows you to dine in comfort looking out at the beautiful view and enjoying the sunset. Here you will find the hot tub.

On the lower terrace there is a large table situated next to the BBQ

External stairs take you to the pool area which features the electrically heated swimming pool approximately 6×3.5 metres in size and ranging from approximately 1.2 metres to 1.50 metres in depth with roman steps to enter. There are sun loungers with for you to soak up the sun. You will also find the hot tub

Pool towels are also supplied at this Villa.
