Situated in a peaceful location this lovely front line Vacation Rental Home in Costa Teguise offers beautiful panoramic sea views from the terrace and pool area. All accommodation is on one level apart from three steps down between the dining and living area, with coin operated air conditioning in three of the four bedrooms (cold air only) and also in the lounge area (warm and cold air). The large lounge and dining area has a high ceiling giving the room a light and airy feel, with flat screen TV, coin operated air conditioning, dining room table and chairs, comfortable seating area and doors leading out to the terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 4 bedrooms in the Villa, two bedrooms with twin beds which share the family bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet and basin. There is also a walk in wardrobe and doors taking you out to the terrace area. Bedroom four also has a double bed with an ensuite shower room. Please note that the 9th person would be sleeping on a z bed which is only suitable for a child and can be placed in either the Master Bedroom or Dressing Room. Outside you will find the alfresco dining area with table and chairs and a comfortable seating area perfect for relaxing with a cool drink enjoying the sea views whilst the chef in your party prepares diner on the BBQ. To the side of the terrace there is a lovely heated pool measuring approximately 7m x 4m in size and approximately 1.5m deep with a ladder to gain access.
