A double and a twin one side of the Villa with access to a shared bathroom and a further double and twin the other side of the Villa with access to a shared bathroom. The double bedrooms have access via patio doors to the patio/pool area, the twin rooms are at the back of the Villa, all bedrooms have ceiling fans. A hair dryer has been provided for your use.

The spacious lounge/dining room has wonderful sea views. There is internet TV with many channels to watch, a DVD player and numerous DVD’s films.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is situated by the BBQ area.

Outside you will find the large 10 x 5m electrically heated pool, depth of 1m to 1.8m with steps entry. This pool is salt chlorinated.

By the BBQ there is a lovely shaded alfresco dining area.

A six man hot tub sits on the patio perfect for soaking in and sipping something nice and cool to drink.

The Villa has 2 floors but you will not have access to the upper floor. The upper floor is for the owners use when the property is unoccupied. You will have access to the ground floor only. The owners vacate the upper floor when we have guests in attendance.
