A delightful Vacation Rental Home with hot tub located on a quiet development close to the lighthouse in Playa Blanca and with access directly to the seafront promenade leading into the main resort.

The Vacation Rental Home is very private with raised walls surrounding the pool and patio area.

Adults over 30 years of age can rent this lovely Villa.

The property is tiled throughout in marble creating a cool airy feeling and all the furnishings and fittings are of a high standard. A smoke alarm has been fitted for your extra safety. There is a comfortable lounge with a leather suite, flat screen television, DVD player, Internet TV with BBC, ITV and Sky channels and a music centre. From the lounge, there are large patio doors leading out onto the pool area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, cafetiere etc.

You also have a utility room in which there is the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

In the master bedroom there are fully fitted wardrobes, a king size bed and patio door onto pool side. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The twin bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and a window looking out onto the pool area. There is a family shower-room with a large walk in shower. The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning/heating units which are coin operated.

Outside is a beautiful garden area with astro turf surrounding the large sun terrace area and private electrically heated salt chlorinated swimming pool (which is better for your skin). The pool has steps and a handrail leading down into it, allowing you to leisurely lower yourself in and cool down while waiting for the chef amongst you to prepare the steaks on the Canarian style BBQ.
A fixed double parasol is provided to shelter from the hot Lanzarote sunshine. There is also a covered alfresco dining area which has recently been closed in with doors that you are able to open up or keep closed on cooler evening. There is also another covered pergola overlooking the pool and garden to sit and chill out with a glass of wine.

You have a private parking space right in front of the villa.

It is a 5-minute drive into the main resort of Playa Blanca. However, a few minutes’ walk away you can find a Tapas bar, Italian restaurant, two English Bars which shows main sporting events and have themed evenings (i.e. race nights, quiz nights, etc a coffee shop/patisserie, and two supermarkets where you can purchase most of your essentials including British, German and Spanish newspapers.

Pool size: approximately 8m x 4m (depth 1.2m to 1.7m)

Beach towels are provided for your convenience and there is a safe at the villa.

WIFI is provided free of charge at this villa.

THERE IS A €200 DAMAGE BOND PAYABLE WITH THIS VILLA.
