This accommodation can sleep up to 10. Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing and it is then an additional £100 per person for the 7th and 8th guests. For parties in excess of 8, the Poolside *Apartment becomes available at an additional charge of £300 (sleeps a further 2 guests).

This exceptional modern, air conditioned villa is situated on the cliff top of the Old Town and boasts beautiful panoramic seaviews. As soon as you walk through the front door you will be immediately drawn to the large patio doors that lead to the upper terrace and the breathtaking view. Villa Alisios location is unique because of it’s front line position where you can look down over the promenade that stretches from the Old Town harbour all the way along the cliff top trail to Puerto Calero. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants, in the Old Town harbour.

Living Room/Dining Room
Open plan living and dining room with patio doors leading to the large balcony. The modern lounge has two comfortable leather sofas and two armchairs, air conditioning, 55inch flat screen SKY TV (BBC 1, 2, 3, ITV, Channel 4 etc), DVD player, books and WIFI. The glass dining table seats 8.
The modern & spacious fully fitted kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with 4 comfy stools to offer more seating in the open plan area. There is an electric oven, 3 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and smoothie maker. There is an enclosed utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and a fridge/freezer.
The self contained apartment is accessed from the pool terrace. There are picture windows overlooking the pool and sea. This apartment comprises of a double bedroom (air-conditioned) with wardrobes. The open plan kitchen has a 2 ring electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There are two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV (linked to the system in the main house). The large bathroom has double wash basins, a large walk in shower complete with a “Rain Shower” and toilet.
The terrace from the lounge enjoys panoramic views of the sea and Old Town harbour. Enjoy al-fresco dining at the large stone table which seats 8 and is shaded under a wooden pergola. You can also sunbathe during the day on the 4 sunbeds provided or enjoy a drink around an elevated table with 6 bar stools whilst playing pool on the outdoor table. To the side of the house there is a built in BBQ and a fixed clothes airer to the wall. This terrace also over looks the pool and lower terrace which is completely private. You can access the pool terrace by steps with hand rails on one side or a ramp on the other. Here you will find 10 comfortable sunbeds and access to the apartment. There is also a gate which leads on to the promenade where you can walk to the Old Town harbour and even along the cliff top to Puerto Calero (approx 2km).

The villa is on 3 levels. There are 15 steps from the gate to the front door. As you enter the main house the lounge, dining area and kitchen are on one level with the 4 bedrooms upstairs. From the lounge patio doors, leading on to the upper terrace you can then access the lower level to the pool and apartment by steps or a ramp.

The main house is air-conditioned through out on a timed meter and also in the bedroom of the apartment. There is an outdoor pool table on the upper balcony, a safety deposit box, a large drive for at least 3 cars and off street parking.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
Alisios is situated frontline in a quiet residencial area in the headland above the old town in Puerto del Carmen. The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise)

This is not essential in Puerto del Carmen but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer
