This beautiful Vacation Rental Home located on the quiet complex “Las Buganvillas” in Playa Blanca. which is 20 minutes walking distance of the town centre of Playa Blanca, with all shops, bars, restaurants and promenade. There is a convenience store a 5 min walk away.
The property boasts 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.
The large Master bedroom has a Super kingsize 4 poster bed, air con and leads into an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and coin operated air-conditioning.
The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 3 is a small bedroom with a single bed offset from the living room. It is perfect for a child seeking privacy in their own room.
The spacious airy open plan lounge has coin operated air-conditioning and has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. A flatscreen TV with internet TV channels which include BBC, ITV, C4, C5, SKY Sports, BT Sports and SKY Movies, there is also a DVD player with DVD’s and free WIFI.
Patio doors open up to allow access to the terrace areas and the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, 2 built in ovens, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster & washing machine.
All hand, bath, tea towels and pool towels are provided.
Outside you have a private 2m x 4m resistance pool, heated to 27°C from November to the end of March, with jet sprays for resistance swimming and a Jacuzzi. There is a portable barbecue for the chef of the group. If pool heating is required from April to October there will be an extra charge of €5 per day.
There are sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun, as well as an alfresco table and chairs to enjoy an aperitif. Plus a rattan sofa and chairs.

There is a tennis court on the complex and 2 tennis racquets are supplied at the Villa.
1st cot & highchair are provided free of charge, 2nd items are charged at €30 per item per week.
