Beautifully furnished Vacation Rental Home set in a small, quiet development called Aguamarina just metres from the seafront promenade and small sandy coves. This lovely property has been furnished to a very high standard and provides stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and the island of Fuerteventura.
This beautiful property has 3 bedrooms all of which have attractive coin-operated air conditioned units. Master bedroom has a kingsize sleigh bed and leads onto a marble ensuite bathroom which has a bath with shower over. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private upper roof terrace where you can sit at the table & chairs to soak up the stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and the Island of Fuerteventura.
Bedroom no. 2 has a kingsize bed on the lower floor with a beautiful ensuite bathroom complete with walk in shower, which can also be accessed from the pool area if desired.
Bedroom no. 3 has twin beds with access to a bathroom which has a bath with a shower.
There are fans provided in all the bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The washing machine can be found in the utility room.
The spacious airy lounge has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. A large flatscreen TV and surround sound system with BBC, ITV & Sky channels with Blue ray/DVD. Free WIFI (fibre optic internet) is also included. Large french doors open up to allow access to the terrace area and the swimming pool.
There is an elegantly decorated inside dining area for relaxing evening cuisine. This room also has a second lounging area complete with luxurious sofas to relax on, with views of the sea and the Island of Fuerteventura, sliding doors lead onto the barbecue and outside terrace area, ideal for relaxing with a cool drink while the chef of the house is manning the BBQ.
Outside you will find a private, electrically heated 8m x 4m (approx 1.2 – 1.75 mtrs) swimming pool and outside heated shower. The landscaped garden is beautifully maintained with artificial grass, banana trees and other local plants, there is also a shaded area offered by sails. Garden lighting provides the perfect evening while relaxing outside.
On the main terrace there is a large Canarian BBQ with preparation area for the budding chefs. A side path leads to a large two tiered terrace area with top-of-the-range hot tub which has six separate seating areas and 38 hydro-massage jets to ease those aching muscles. The 6-colour lighting system completes the perfect atmosphere for cosy evenings shared with a glass or two of champagne.
There are sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun, as well as an alfresco table and chairs to enjoy an aperitif and local cuisine.
No smoking is allowed in the villa.
Linen, tea/hand/bath and beach/pool towels are all provided for your convenience together with a safe and two hairdryers.

This stunning Vacation Rental Home is located in a peaceful residential area of Playa Blanca called Faro Park.
Situated close to the sea front, with lovely views overlooking the lighthouse and Fuerteventura, the promenade offers a scenic and relaxing walk into the town centre
There are local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) within a 10 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient.
Playa Blanca main beaches and tourist attractions are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away).
That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.
