Casa Eila is situated in a new development close to the beautiful Marina Rubicon.
This property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and your own private heated pool as well as a relaxing jacuzzi.
As you enter Casa Eila you will find the spacious open plan dining/lounge area with internet TV (IPTV) with many channels to watch and DVD player. There is coin operated aircon in the lounge and both bedrooms.
Off the lounge is the kitchen with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine, iron and board are in the utility area.
On the ground floor you will find the twin bed room with access to a bathroom that has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. Coin operated aircon is available for your use in this bedroom.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom (kingsize bed) which is en-suite and has a walk in shower, twin sinks, toilet and a bidet. You also have an upstairs terrace which has covered pergola should you wish the shade and where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the “chill out” area with rattan seating, there are also two sunbeds on the outer part of the terrace for those who enjoy the sun. Coin operated aircon is available for your use in this bedroom.
The safe and hair dryer are located in the wardrobe.
Outside is the electrically heated pool (4 x 3m size and 1.1m to 1.2m depth), 2 sun loungers and a table and 4 chairs. New 4-person Hot Tub installed.
