It features a super king-size bed (180cm x 200cm). This bedroom has its own terrace with a wooden roof over the patio door. The terrace is furnished with comfortable rattan furniture and there is a large awning for those who want to sit in the sun or shade with a book and a glass of wine. With the glass and stainless steel boundary wall, you can sit and admire the unobstructed views of the Marina Rubicon and beautiful sea views across to Fuerteventura.
Downstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom which is furnished with twin beds and also offering patio doors leading out onto the terrace and pool area.
The villa has 3 separate air conditioning units, in the Master bedroom, twin bedroom and the lounge, all of these units are coin operated from one main coin unit behind the front door.
The open plan living and dining area has patio doors leading to the pool, hot tub and garden with some sea views and views of the Marina Rubicon. The alfresco dining area is shaded with a beautiful wooden pergola roof and atmospheric lighting for your enjoyment when you are sitting there in the evening. There is also an awning that provides extra shade to the large marble dining table with seating for up to 6 people and where you can enjoy a barbecue on the large Canadian BBQ whilst watching the sunset over the horizon. The BBQ can be lit up at night for evening dining, there is also a built in sink with storage cabinets underneath.
In the living area there is a Samsung 48″ full HD Smart TV with internet tv with over 100 channels to choose from, including BBC/ITV and Sky Sports/Movies. German / Scaninavian channels can be selected if required. There is a Samsung sound bar and Samsung Blue-ray/DVD/CD Player and PS3 with a few games. Plus a Sony audio system with radio/bluetooth and USB.
The lounge has a sofa bed that could sleep an additional person or 2 small children.
The light airy kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, KRUPS juicer, filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto Nescafe mini coffee maker (please bring your own capsules). The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the laundry room adjoining the kitchen.
The villa has its own electrically heated pool with pool lights, Roman stepped entrance and it is salt chlorinated which is kinder to the skin. Pool size 4 x 3m and 1.1m to 1.4m deep. There is an external shower with hot and cold water for your use and pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience. The villa is fully prepared with all bed linen and tea/hand/bath towels provided.
The luxury hot tub is located on the terrace which has an ACE salt water system with five separate seating areas and Highlife collection which features five different jets, offering types of massage to ease those aching muscles. The 6 colour lighting system completes the perfect atmosphere for cosy evenings sharing a glass or two of champagne.
Around the terrace and pool area a total of four sun beds are provided with cushions, but there is room for two sun beds and a cocktail table under the beautiful wooden roof for those seeking shade or wishing to read a book whilst enjoying a chilled glass of wine. There is also a parasol for those looking for some shade around the pool area.
All the windows and doors have shutters which lock to allow cool air to flow around the property.
The villa is approached through a pillared entrance featuring high double wooden gates into a lovely garden landscaped with rocks, plants, lemon trees, cacti, yuccas and other tropical plants and benefits from atmospheric garden lighting hidden among the plants and trees that provide a pleasant atmosphere in the evening.
The villa is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is VV-35-3-0001759.
