Beautiful Vacation Rental Home with private heated pool and Jacuzzi Hot Tub
This lovely Vacation Rental Home is set in an elevated position on the side of Montana Roja it has fabulous views over Playa Blanca to the Femes mountains and across the ocean.
The Vacation Rental Home has 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning (coin operated) and with en-suite bathrooms, there is an electrically heated pool and also has the benefit of a Jacuzzi Hot Tub to soak in and admire the views.
In the stylish lounge there is a suite, large flat screen TV with an excellent choice of over 100 English TV channels, Sky, Sky sports, BT sport, Sky premiere, BBC, German, Dutch, French and Belgian Sky bouquets, iPod docking station, coin operated air conditioning and a dining area with seating for 6 guests. Patio doors lead out from the lounge onto the terrace and pool area.
The well fitted out kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.
The large master suite has a super-kingsize bed, a seating area with sofa, air conditioning operated by coins and flat screen TV. An ensuite bathroom which has a toilet, bidet, sink and bath with shower over. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed, also with coin operated air conditioning and an ensuite with a toilet, bidet, sink and bath with shower over. In the third bedroom there are twin beds, air conditioning (coin operated) and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
A built in Canarian BBQ has also been provided so that the “Jamie Oliver” amongst you can rustle up something tasty. There is comfortable “chill out” area with rattan furniture to relax and enjoy a cold glass of sangria or one of the excellent local wines.
Outside on the terrace where you can sit and savour the gorgeous views, you have a private electrically heated pool (size approximately 7m x 3m, ranging from 1,35m to 1.6m in depth) with Roman steps for access. There are six sun beds available.
In the garden there is a decked area where you can enjoy alfresco-dining whilst watching darkness fall over Playa Blanca and the lights twinkling.
The Vacation Rental Home is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is VV-35-3-0003309.
