Entering the property through the secure front gate you cannot help but love the garden, coupled with the outside dining area with BBQ and electrically heated pool / jacuzzi area.

The Vacation Rental Home boasts a large master bedroom with a shower-room ensuite and 2 further bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) with a shower-room servicing both.
The master bedroom has large french windows allowing direct access from the master bedroom to the pool area.

The spacious and airy lounge has been beautifully decorated and aircon (coin operated) has been installed for your comfort. For your viewing pleasure there is a large 50 inch TV with IPTV (including BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Sports, Movies) and if that’s not enough there is a DVD player with a large array of DVD’s available as well as an ipod docking station for music buffs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and as the owner is a qualified chef, so you will find everything you need for a self catering holiday. All mod cons are supplied in the kitchen, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and even a Tassimo Expresso Coffee Maker (please bring your own capsules). Off the kitchen is a bijou dining area, perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a romantic evening meal. A washing machine is provided in the utility area.

The master bedroom has coin operated air-conditioning, a superking size bed and an ensuite shower-room. There is also a television and DVD player.

The 2 further bedrooms share the 2nd shower-room. Fans are provided in all of the bedrooms.

The outside area is large, private and beautiful. The gardens are manicured to the highest standard with many local plants specifically grown on Lanzarote to enlighten your viewing pleasure.
The pool is 8m x 4m in size and ranges from approximately 1.2m to 1.7m in depth and is electrically heated (all year round) with roman steps to gain access.
The beautiful 6-person jacuzzi is located in a special area in the garden for privacy and relaxation.
To help you chill-out and enjoy the Lanzarote sun, there are extremely comfortable sun-loungers, together with 2 easy-chairs in the alfresco dining area.

To aid the chef of the house to cook traditional, flame infused food there is a large, traditional Canarian brick BBQ provided for your use. The alfresco dining area is the perfect backdrop for the BBQ and allows for the perfect place to relax and enjoy a family evening or an evening with friends … Cheers !!

All linen and hand/bath/tea towels are provided for your convenience including beach/pool towels.
