You will find Vacation Rental Home 432 nestled in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca close to all the amenities.

We always recommend a car but this Vacation Rental Home is about a 20 min walk into Playa Blanca so a car isn’t necessary if not required.

The Vacation Rental Home boasts 2 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with twin sinks, a bath with shower over and a toilet.

The master bedroom with double bed has patio doors leading to the private pool/terrace area.

The twin room has access to a 2nd bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

Fans are provided for those lovely balmy evenings.

In the kitchen you will find the usual mod cons, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and in the utility room you will find the washing machine with iron and board.

An IPOD docking station is supplied.

Outside you will find the private electrically and solar heated pool (approx 8m x 3m) , together with an outside patio table and chairs and 4 sun loungers. Pool towels are available also for your convenience.

You have wonderful views over the Femes mountains which at sunset will be truly beautiful with a nice glass of something cold while the chef cooks the steaks on the supplied charcoal BBQ.

There is an IPTV package at the villa.

There is a welcome pack on arrival which includes: hand soap, hand sanitiser, dishwasher tablets, washing machine products, water, bottle cava/wine, orange juice, sachets juice, coffee, sugar toilet rolls in each bedroom and bin bags.

Off road parking available.

Wifi is also supplied free of charge at this Vacation Rental Home (wireless router).
