This Vacation Rental Home is located in a peaceful residential area by Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 5 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.
Nestled in the quiet Residential area of Playa Burgado you will find this Vacation Rental Home ideally located as it is only a short 5 min drive into the center of Playa Blanca. From the Vacation Rental Home you will reach the Ocean in about 2 minutes on foot and the Coastal promenade that runs into Playa Blanca.
About Casa Kiko
The large light airy lounge has patio doors onto the pool terrace and is beautifully furnished. The windows and doors have recently been replaced and have light reflective glass keeping the house cool in the summer months.
The flat screen TV has a full UK TV package including all Sky Movies and Sports Channels in HD. There is coin-operated air conditioning in the main living area and unlimited Wi-Fi is included in the price.
>From the lounge you will find an internal dining area situated beside a window that looks onto the pool area. This leads onto the open plan fully fitted kitchen which has everything you could need, including an oven/hob, a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Both bedrooms and bathrooms have recently been decorated and upgraded. The master bedroom with king size bed has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The second bedroom has twin beds and also has its own en-suite bathroom (which can also be accessed from the main living area). This bathroom has a corner bath, a separate walk-in shower, twin sinks, a bidet and a toilet.
Both bedrooms have full height wardrobes with ample hanging space, shelving and drawers. A stand up remote control fan is provided in each bedroom and there is a safe in the master bedroom for your belongings.
The immediate outside dining space and south facing pool area at Casa Kiko are very private and offer a spectacular view of Montana Roja to the north, and a glimpse of the sea and Fuerteventura to the south. There are cushioned sun loungers and comfy seating areas scattered around the pool, which enjoys all day sun. A beach towel per person is provided. There is also a table and chairs for alfresco dining and lounge seating under the shade of the large full length covered veranda.
The pool is 7m by 4m, has a solar cover and is electrically heated in the winter months (November to April). There are Roman steps to enter the pool (the depth is 1.2 to 1.6 metres) which is salt chlorinated which is kinder to the skin than traditional chlorinated pools. A barbeque and an outside heated shower compliments this lovely outside space.
The garden surrounding Casa Kiko is beautifully planted with a variety of locally sourced cacti and succulents. There is private parking for two cars on the gated driveway.
Casa Kiko is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is Vv-35-3-0001098.
A beach towel per person staying will also be provided.
