Villa 412 is a stunning frontline Vacation Rental Home on a small quiet private development of luxury properties set overlooking the ocean. It is approximately 4 km from the town centre, but is a pleasant stroll along the coastal footpath into town with some bars and restaurants along the way to stop for some refreshment. But there are also 2 bikes for the more energetic guests should you wish to cycle in. Additional bikes can be hired locally, including electric bikes.
There is cooling breeze off the Atlantic Ocean and the Vacation Rental Home has mosquito screens, so you can enjoy the breeze at night knowing that you are keeping the mosquitos at bay.

The entrance to the Vacation Rental Home is via an arched doorway into an elegant marbled hallway. The lounge has a high ceiling and is complimented by Italian furniture consisting of an inside marbled dining table with six leather chairs, a three seater settee with two armchairs, and 42” wide screen television with sky package,DVD player and play station.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, oven and hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen contains all the necessary equipment for a perfect holiday. The utility room houses the barbecue equipment and and there is also a clothes drying area here: There is also an extra fridge/freezer here for drinks and ice.
The master bedroom has unrestricted views out to the ocean, with a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The other two bedrooms are twin rooms, again with ample wardrobe space. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. All the bed linen is Egyptian Cotton as are the towels. In addition we provide White Cotton Waffle Bathrobes.
There are two luxury bathrooms: The master bathroom has a full size bath and walk in shower and vanity sink. The second bathroom has a walk in shower, his and her vanity sinks and a bidet.

The sheltered terrace has outdoor comfortable furnishings, offering three seater settee with two side chairs and circular table for outdoor eating. Sit and enjoy a glass of wine whilst admiring the crystal clear ocean, listening to the waves on the rocks, while watching the activitIes of the local fisherman and the occasional cruise ships sailing by and if you are really lucky, whales and dolphins. In addition there is a marble dining table for outside dining, which seats six, overlooking the sea, the swimming pool and barbecue area.
The Vacation Rental Home has a hot tub and the pool is electrically heated. No need to pack beach towels, these are provided for use by the pool or on your visits to the beach.
