This spacious modern Vacation Rental Home is located in a residential area, a 5 minute drive into the centre of Playa Blanca.

The Vacation Rental Home has 4 bedrooms, all the beds have memory foam pressure relieving mattresses, 2 double, one twin and a chill out room with 2 x single sofa beds and 2 bathrooms.

Bathroom number 1 is ensuite to the master bedroom and has a large walk in shower. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over.
The open plan lounge/diner has a 4k 55 inch smart tv with access to favourite apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. There is also an X One S for gaming or watching DVD/ Blu rays. This X box together with handset also has a Kodi app installed on it to provide terrestrial as well as Sky and BT Sports channels. In addition there is a sound system so that anyone with an Apple device can play music through this via Airplay. This way you can stream music from Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, Qobuz or any other streaming platform. Just click on Airplay on whatever device/platform you use and click on “Vistas Montana’s”. Hey Presto.
There is also a 2nd chill out lounge with beautiful views across the resort to the Femes Mountains. This lounge has 2 x single sofa beds, a flat screen TV for playing games on, Play Station 3 (please bring your own handsets) and a wireless audio system compatible with itunes, iphone, ipod touch and ipad.

From the lounge area you will find the open plan kitchen with all mod cons – microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob and dishwasher.

Outside is the lovely private, electrically heated pool, sun loungers, a BBQ for your use plus a patio table and chairs.

The washing machine is outside in the utility area.

The owner is a wheelchair user, therefore this Vacation Rental Home has been extensively refurbished with the disabled person in mind.

Pool size: approximately 7m x 4m, ranging from 1.1m to 1.5m in depth with Roman steps for entry. Please note that the hot tub has been removed from this villa.

Bath/hand/tea towels and linen are supplied but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

Wifi is available in this Vacation Rental Home at no additional cost.

There is a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

Shower chair is available to rent per week, price on request.
