This beautiful, traditionally Spanish Villa with heated pool, roof terrace and Hot Tub is an easy stroll (approximately 20 minutes) into Playa Blanca and Dorada Beach.

The Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite).

The light airy lounge/diner has comfortable leather sofa, TV with 200 channels to choose from, including BBC/ITV and Sky Sports/Movies. CD player.

From the lounge there is a secret inner courtyard area where the Hot Tub is housed for private soaks to ease away the stresses with a bottle of something nice and cold.

The Kitchen comes fully equipped, with small oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is outside in another small utility room.

The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed (190 x 150 cms) and ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the conservatory.

Twin bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes has access to the shared bathroom. (Beds 190 x 90 cms)

There is a spacious conservatory with 2 further sofas and a stylish grey rattan dining table with glazed top and matching comfortable chairs.

From the conservatory you will find the large heated pool which is electrically heated. 5 Sun loungers along with cushions have been provided for your use along with a Canarian BBQ. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.

There is a beautiful 150 year old Olive tree that was shipped over from Fuerteventura giving the Villa a very Spanish feel.

Pool size: approximately 7m x 4m, ranging from 1.2m to 1.7m in depth with steps to enter.
