VRH 357 : Casa Davic – 3 bedroom in Playa Blanca

Casa Davic is a stylish Vacation Rental Home situated in a great location for those of you that do not wish to hire a car as Dorada beach and Playa Blanca are only a 15-20 minute stroll away.

The Vacation Rental Home has 3 bedrooms (all with fans) and 2 bathrooms and your own electrically heated pool all year round

The modern lounge has a leather suite, flat screen television, IPIC TV which enables full Sky packages including Movies, Sports, All British channels and more, a DVD player is also available, the separate dining area has seating for 6 people with patio doors giving direct access to the poolside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine in the utility room.

The master bedroom at Casa Davic has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with direct access to the patio area, the 2nd bedroom has twin beds with access to a family bathroom consisting of his and hers vanity sinks, bath and over the bath shower, the 3rd Bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed for the 7th guest again with access to the family bathroom.
Outside you with find your own private heated pool with poolside shower along with an extensive patio area where you will find 5 reclining sun loungers.

Under the alfresco dining area you will find a further dining table with a BBQ area and some comfy rattan sofas for lounging on with a cold glass of something.

Pool size: approximately 8m x 3.5m, ranging from 1.6m to 1.7m in depth with a ladder to enter. Please note that Scuba Diving ‘try dives’ are not permitted in this pool.
An iron and board plus hair dryer are supplied.

All linen and hand/bath/tea and pool towels are provided. Weekly Maid service.
