Villa Bonita is a beautiful Vacation Rental Home situated in Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca overlooking the stunning Femes mountains. This is a great location for those who do not wish to hire a car, as a gentle stroll into the heart of Playa Blanca and the beautiful beaches only takes 20-25 minutes.
The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge heated pool (heated from October to the end of May) which is approx 9m x 4.5m and 1.2m to 1.8m deep with kiddies splash pool (approx 3m x 2m in size and 0.5m deep), and a jacuzzi. Could you wish for anything more?
The master bedroom (double bed) opens up onto the large pool and covered patio area, it has an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, a toilet and a bath with shower. There is also provided a fan in each bedroom for your convenience.
The second twin bedroom has access to the other bathroom comprising of a sink, toilet and a large walk in shower.
The light airy lounge/diner which has air conditioning has an internal garden area which not only adds extra light to this beautiful living space but also provides something a little bit special for you to enjoy. The lounge also boasts a flat screen TV with IPTV and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in the utility room.
Outside you will find the huge pool with Roman steps entry which is electrically heated in the winter months. You also have a fabulous Jacuzzi hot tub for soaking in whilst star gazing or watching the chef of the house rustle up some steaks on the Canarian brick BBQ. There is also a roof terrace with sun beds.
Under the pergola there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining.
