Villa 302 is a lovely Vacation Rental Home situated in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca overlooking the stunning Femes mountains.
This is a great location for those who do not wish to hire a car, as a gentle stroll into the heart of Playa Blanca and the beautiful beaches only takes 20-25 minutes.
The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large heated pool with Jacuzzi and a roof terrace with mini chill out area, corner sofa & coffee table. Could you wish for anything more.
You will find the Master bedroom with a kingsize bed and the other two bedrooms one with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds.
The master bedroom opens up onto the large pool and covered patio area. Complete with coin-operated air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, a toilet and a bath with shower.
The further two bedrooms, have access to the other bathroom comprising of a sink, toilet and a walk in shower.
The light airy lounge/diner has an internal garden area which not only adds extra light to this beautiful living space but also provides something a little bit special for you to enjoy. Complete with coin operated air conditioning for your comfort the lounge also boasts a flat screen Smart TV with limited UK Channels, a DVD and CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. You will find the washing machine iron and board in the utility room.
Stepping outside you have a large private pool with Roman steps entry which is electrically heated. You also have a fabulous Jacuzzi hot tub for soaking in whilst star gazing or watching the chef of the house rustle up some steaks on the BBQ.
Sun loungers have been provided for your comfort at Vacation Rental Home Angelita and if you would like to get away from the rest of the party then you can also relax on the roof terrace where you will be able to view the beautiful mountain ranges of Femes.
