This Vacation Rental Home is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 5 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

This Vacation Rental Home is a charming Vacation Rental Home with views of the ocean and over to the islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. It is also a short walk from the nearest beach and to local shops, bars, supermarkets, etc.

There is a comfortable lounge with a leather suite, ceiling fan, coffee table, satellite TV system with a double dish Televes system, IPTV with 157 channels including ITV, ITV3 BBC, BBC World, CNN, SKY news channels, all M.B.C Movie Channels & Sports (programmes also available for Netherlands, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Austria and Belgium). DVD and video player, music system. Also provided are a selection of DVDs, videos, CDs, books and games.

Wifi (Broadband) is included free of charge with this villa.

To one end of the lounge is the dining area with seating for 4 people. The Patio doors from the lounge overlook and open up directly onto the pool area.

The kitchen is well equipped with a full size oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.

In the main bedroom there is a double bed, bedside cabinets, dresser, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with shower over. The other bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobes and there is a shower room with cubicle. Both these bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool during the warmer nights.

You also have a children’s den (3rd bedroom) which has a futon, satellite TV system (limited channels), music system and X-BOX 360. where they can have their own space, while you can relax in the main lounge.

In the utility room you will find the washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer. In addition hairdryer, personal safe, portable cooling fans, heaters, cushions for outside seating and 6 x beach towels (pool use only) are all provided for your convenience.

Outside you have your own private 8.5m x 3.8m electrically and solar heated swimming pool with steps leading down into it and surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and patio tables with 6 chairs where you can relax and enjoy the hot Lanzarote sunshine and those sea views. The pool depth is 1.2 to 1.5 max with a 600mm wide ledge/platform across the pool at the left hand shallow end which is only 500mm deep. There is also a covered alfresco dining area with a wooden table and 4 chairs, plus a wooden bench seat. A large BBQ with shelving and cupboards, one of which contains a fridge so you to do not have to go far for the steaks, a cold glass of wine or a beer. The outside area is fully enclosed by a wall. There is private parking and a landscaped front garden.

Cot & Highchair can be hired if you require the use.
