If you want a sea view then you cannot get better than this front line property, aptly known as Vista Tranquila. This fabulous Villa, situated in the small exclusive development of Finisterre at Punta Faro, has uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and Fuerteventura.

The Vacation Rental Home is in a peaceful, residential area with easy access to the beautiful sea front promenade running towards the lighthouse and all the way onto Playa Blanca, about 3km away.

Just a 15 minute walk away there are a row of local amenities including a small supermarket, other shops and some lovely bars and restaurants. This makes this area quite self-sufficient.

You will find more bars, cafes and restaurants by the beautiful sandy coves as you stroll along the promenade towards Playa Blanca. The most popular beaches and main amenities of the town are around a 40-50 minute walk. That said, there is a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes’ drive from the villa.

From the front door you will pass through the entrance lobby to the large kitchen and on into the light airy lounge with coin operated air conditioning and dining area with wonderful views through the patio doors. There is 64-inch flat screen Smart TV allowing access to Netflix, Prime, Apple Tv. There is also a DVD player with a collection of movies and a Bluetooth speaker that you can connect with your phone or other device and play the music of your choice. (Not that you will want to listen to much other than the sound of the Ocean!).

There is a further dining/seating area in the terrace room that makes the most of the view. A spot worthy of a five star hotel, but exclusively yours.

Between the living room and the bedrooms we have created a bright little office space with a desk and ergonomically adjustable chair. Who said you have to be at home to work from home!

The master bedroom has coin operated air conditioning, a king size bed and sea views from the patio doors. There is a second set of patio doors that lead directly to the large terrace room. This bedroom has its own large ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a large family bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

The large kitchen was newly fitted in 2022. It is fully equipped to a high specification with an AEG oven grill and Induction hob; a combi microwave/grill; a large fridge freezer; a dish washer and a washing machine.

Now the best bit is of course outside and the beautiful bespoke electrically/solar heated pool 7m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.3m, surrounded by ample patio area for sunbathing, all with magnificent sea views. Tucked privately in the corner is the therapeutic Jacuzzi. There is also an outside shower to rinse off before getting in for a soak (a must with a nice bottle of bubbly).

A Canarian BBQ is built in near the terrace room, for the chef of the family to impress with.

Wifi and beach/pool towels are provided free of charge along with a basic welcome pack.
