This villa is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 5 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

A detached two storey villa located in the most exclusive area in Faro Park, where all the villas in this area are 3 bed and situated on large plots of land.

You will enter the villa into a large hallway off of which there is the lounge, two twin bedrooms, a marble bathroom with shower and a fully fitted kitchen. The spacious lounge is accessed from an archway leading from the hallway and is furnished with a leather suite. You have a new LCD TV with Sky TV (Family Pack) and a selection of DVDs and CDs. A slimline PS3 and Xbox are also provided for your entertainment (games/DVDs/CDs and BlueRay can be played along with a toy cupboard with games for the children. Wifi is provided for your convenience.

There are large French doors opening up from the lounge onto the terrace and pool area. The kitchen includes an electric oven with a spit roaster, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc. You also have a utility room with a washing machine and drying frame and also a large store room.

Leading out from the kitchen is the alfresco dining area. This is the perfect place to spend the evening dining formally in the Lanzarote way, or just whiling away the evening with a glass of wine. There is fixed seating for 6 people with comfortable cushions and a large solid wood table. There are also four separate wooden chairs (also with padded cushions) at the table which can be moved out on to the terrace if desired.

The master suite occupies the whole second floor of the Villa and comprises a large bedroom with a king size bed, a dressing area with double wardrobes and a marble en-suite bathroom with separate walk in shower, bath, toilet, bidet and hand basin. There are full width patio doors leading out to the large private upstairs sun terrace with its lovely sea and mountain views. This area is not overlooked and boasts two wicker chairs and a wooden table making it the perfect place for your early morning coffee, an hours peaceful reading, or a glass of wine in the evening. Each of the two downstairs bedrooms have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a bedside cabinet with drawers. Both these rooms have windows overlooking the pool, garden and terrace.

Outside is the beautiful 8m x 4m kidney shaped heated swimming pool, surrounded by a large extended terrace with sun loungers and enclosed in a very private and secluded walled landscaped garden. A BBQ is provided for the chef of the party.

This villa is located within 50 metres of a rocky shoreline and local shops and restaurants are only a 3 min walk away. It is ideal for families who want the best of both worlds, it enjoys tranquility yet is only 3km from the centre of Playa Blanca and is a wonderful base for a dream holiday.
