There is a separate apartment on the lower floor which has a bedroom, shower room, large lounge area and kitchenette. It has total access to the upper main floor and can sleep 2 people. Please note that the apartment is available upon payment for full occupancy (8 persons). However if guest numbers 1 to 6 would like the additional sleeping space of the apartment then this can be offered at an extra 250€ per week. For longer durations than a week, the price will be pro rata.

There is a beautiful atelier room in the garden, there are no bedrooms in this garden room.

The whole property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one en-suite. ( 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor, then the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor) A hairdryer and fans are also provided for your convenience. TV providing ITV, BBC & Channel 4/5, together with Sky (majority but not all) channels . For Internet access (Wifi) is available in this Villa.
The shaded Alfresco dining area has a large marble table which seats up to 10 people where you can enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the sun set over the horizon. There is a further dining table and chairs for those who like to dine in the sunshine.

The pool, which is approximately 8m x 4m in size and 1.2m to 1.7m deep, is electrically heated with a salt chlorinator . Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided but you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

The kitchen has all the usual mod cons, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Even the crockery is Jasper Conran Wedgewood. Everything that has gone into Casa Eva is to the highest standard for the discerning customer. The washing machine is downstairs in the utility room.

1 km walk to sea where you can find small beaches and cliffs and enjoy privacy ..Same distance to a row of local amenities. Bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive . Approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca
