This Vacation Rental Home for rent in Playa Blanca Lanzarote is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 10 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

This lovely Vacation Rental Home is fitted out to an extemely high standard. Close to the village of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote and the coastal promenade that runs into Playa Blanca and also to the Marina. There are locals bars and restaurants on site within easy walking distance and you have views of Montana Roja and across the bay to Fuerteventura.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite, marble bathroom. Patio doors lead the pool/patio area.
The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes and a window looking out to the pool. The second luxury marble bathroom is opposite the twin bedroom.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer microwave and all other mods cons. there is a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The washing machine is located in the utility room.
The spacious lounge has leather settees, TV via a Smart box which provides BBC1, 2, 3, 4,and ITV 1, 2, 3, 4 and many other channels, a DVD player is also supplied. CDs DVDs and games are provided for your use.
The alfresco dining area has a BBQ and seating for up to 8 people with a beautiful wooden table plus a further table for eating in the sunshine whilst admiring the views. Sunbeds with cushions are provided around the 8 x 4m electrically heated pool.
The Vacation Rental Home has the benefit of 2 mountain bikes for your use. Linen, bath/hand/tea and beach/pool towels are all provided.
A hairdryer is also supplied for your convenience.
