This beautiful and complete villa – with three floors is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Costa Papagayo.

The villa offers a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain from the roof terrace. In addition, there are 4 terraces, a private swimming pool, a ping pong table, a snooker table and a BBQ. In short, a complete villa for the whole family to relax and enjoy.

Villa 573 can accommodate up to eight guests and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom with double bed – with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning (free) and a balcony leading to the roof terrace.
A second double bedroom, with air conditioning (free) and bathroom are located on the middle floor, which also houses the complete kitchen and living room. The third double bedroom and a twin bedroom are on the lower floor with a shared bathroom.
Also on this floor is the games room with an electronic dart board, a TV for games and a snooker table. Through the sliding door you enter the terrace with a bamboo mini-bar, seating, 2 sun beds and a ping pong table.
