FIRST CHILD UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE GOES FREE

Villa 308 is a spacious 5 bedroom property with sea views, large swimming pool and jacuzzi set in 5000m of landscaped gardens and located in the beautiful hillside village of Las Brenas. It is a short 15 minute drive to the nearby resort of Las Brenas and less than 10 minutes to neighburing Yaiza which has been voted the prettiest village in the Canary Islands. Is is also close to the stunning Timanfaya National Park, El Golfo and the Las Salinas salt fields which are all worth a visit. There are two very good restaurants, a bar and a supermarket in Las Brenas if you do not wish to travel too far.

The accommodation comprises a hallway, leading through to the large lounge with French doors overlooking the alfresco dining area and garden, with satellite TV (not Sky), DVD player and a feature fireplace. Opening out from the lounge is the kitchen and dining area where you can enjoy the views of the sea and garden whilst eating your meal. The kitchen is fitted out with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, etc. You will find a music centre in the dining room.

The master bedroom with double bed is just off the lounge and has windows overlooking the pool area and with sea views, a separate dressing area and an ensuite shower room with bidet, twin sinks and toilet. Just off the hallway in a further twin bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds, which have access to a shower room with bidet, sink and toilet. There are two further twin bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, one having a bath with shower over, sink, toilet and bidet and the other with a shower, sink and toiet. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressers.

It is outside that this property comes into its own and where you will want to spend most of your time. You have an alfresco dining area with a large table and ample seating, a parasol and BBQ all overlooking the pool area, jacuzzi, landscaped garden and the ocean. This area is gated off from the pool and jacuzzi which provides security with small children. Going out through the gate you enter the secluded pool and Jacuzzi area onto the large terrace with its ample sunbeds and seating, also a parasol to provide shade from the hot Lanzarote sun. All surrounding the 10m x 5m electrically heated pool with Roman steps and the luxurious jacuzzi.

An hairdryer, iron, ironing board, heaters and fans are all provided. A high chair can be made available if requested at an additional cost of Euros 20 payable in resort.

Tariff

The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 10.
