Set in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, this new villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and is well equipped throughout. Open and covered terraces surround the electrically heated swimming pool (Nov - Apr inclusive).

There is also a covered area with a fridge and portable BBQ and comfortable patio furniture is provided for sunbathing and alfresco eating. The villa is on two levels, sleeps up to 8 people and offers Ground Floor - large lounge with terrace doors leading to the pool area, comfortable leather upholstered sofas, Satellite TV (restricted channels), DVD player, music centre; separate modern kitchen with dining table and chairs, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron; utility room with washing machine; hallway leading to master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom; 2 further twin bedrooms; family bathroom. Lower Floor - marble staircase leading to a twin bedroom and ensuite shower room and double bedroom.

Tariff

The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 8.

Please note the rates shown are for 4 persons per week. Please add £95 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 8 in total. A cot and high chair are also available on request.

We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
