The old town harbour and town square surrounded by local fish restaurants and bars is a short walk away. There is also the small sandy bay of Playa Chica situated in the old town.

The accommodation is on one level and comprises:

Spacious entrance hall with cloak stand and archway leading to the very tastefully furnished living room with feature fireplace and apex ceiling, 2 comfortable beige leather sofas, wooden rocking chair, large ornate coffee table , Satellite TV and DVD player, music system with CD player, 2 sets of French doors open out onto the pool terrace; separate elegant dining room with circular glass topped dining table and 4 chairs; extremely well equipped modern fitted beige kitchen inclusive of electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron, fridge/freezer and separate area with glass top table and iron chairs for 4 people to breakfast;volcanic walled outside drying area with washing machine; double bedroom with walk in wardrobe, bedside tables with reading lamps, chest of drawers and patio doors leading to sun terraces and pool; en suite bathroom with twin wash basins set in to a black granite surface, toilet, bidet and 2 steps up to full bath and hand held shower; 2 attractively furnished twin bedrooms with ample built in wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lights, each with full en suite bathrooms.

The large rectangular swimming pool is acclimatised during the winter months. There is a portable BBQ and poolside bar with fridge, together with comfortable terrace furniture, the property provides everything you would need for al fresco entertaining. There is also a 19 Jet American jacuzzi.

There is off street parking and the entrance to the house is gated.A safetey deposit box is available for use. The villa also has an alarm.

Maid service is provided twice weekly with daily towel change.

Tariff

The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 6.

Please note the rates shown are for 4 persons per week. Please add £100 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 6 in total. A cot and high chair are also available on request.

We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
