This Villa is a totally refurbished 5 bedroom luxury property in a convenient location, with hot tub, sauna and heated pool. This stunning villa is suitable for large family groups or couples wanting luxurious accommodation and the convenience of being within walking distance to all the local beaches and to Playa Blanca centre with retail outlets, restaurants, cafes and bars. The promenade walk then leads to more of the same at Playa Dorada and the Marina. The villa is also just above the port of Playa Blanca for visits to Fuerteventura.

The large comfortable lounge with huge leather sofas overlooks the patio and swimming pool. There is satellite TV (Sky Sports package), DVD player and music centre. Just off the lounge is a dining room with seating for 8 guests and a window which overlooks the pool area.

The new fitted kitchen is fully fitted out with granite work surface with oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. It also has an 8 seater kitchen table and chairs.

There are 5 bedrooms: three are double all with ensuite bathrooms and all having walk-in showers. Two of these bedrooms have a super kingsize bed and the other a kingsize. There is also two twin bedrooms. There is a further large family bathroom with separate walk-in shower. All the bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of wardrobe space. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience.

In the utility room you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and clothes airer.

Cooling fans are also available.

Outside there is a covered pergola with a table and seating for 10 people and overlooking the 9m x 4m heated swimming pool. There is also a large separate newly constructed sun deck with ample sunloungers to relax on or maybe a soak in the sumptuous SPA Hot Tub. A Canarian style BBQ is also in this area for lazy nights sipping wine and enjoying a freshly cooked steak. There is also a Sauna room off the dining room.

Tariff

The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 10.

Please note the rates shown are for 6 persons per week. Please add £75 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 10 in total. A cot and high chair are also available on request.

We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
